The Right Real Estate Agent
People don't talk about it a lot. But finding the right real estate agent can be the difference between a happy, stress-free home buying or selling experience, and an unhappy, stressful experience.
First, you'll want an agent ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you. This is my job and I am available 7 days a week from 9 AM to 9 PM.
Second, you'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. I live in the neighborhood as well as work here. I have the expertise and track record of success you need. I've been in the business for 7 years and have a broker's license in addition to a salesperson's license. I've also completed the 3 part GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute).
Third, you'll want an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. You'll love the resources available on my website and the e-mail alerts that I send, but these will never replace the time I spend with you, serving as your personal guide through this exciting process. I will be with you from our first property search to the closing table. List your house with me and we will be together from the first property analysis to the closing table.
Fourth, we will stay in touch. I will keep you posted about property value changes, what is selling in your neighborhood. I will make available to you a list of qualified and trustworthy plumbers, electricians, and handymen. The home buying transaction may end at the closing table but hopefully, our relationship will continue.
